This sweet pendant is a sterling silver bell for Autism awareness. It has a bell with puzzle pieces, a little boy sitting at the end of the clapper and it is inscribed “THINK AUTISM THINK CURE”. The bail is also a puzzle piece and we have added a black satin necklace that is long enough to go over the neck.
