I absolutely love these hand painted metal dangling hoop earrings! The base is metal and it has been painted white with colorful flowers and leaves. They come on the original card marked Duchess Street Designs. I was not able to find out anything about this company but my guess is these are from the 1980’s. Pierced earrings.
