A pretty handcrafted decoupage bangle bracelet! This bracelet has been decoupaged with yellow flowered paper and sealed with a generous layer of resin or clear coat for protection. The inner base is most likely wood. It has a lovely domed top and has the original price tag attached. It does not appear to have been worn and it would be a happy addition to your jewelry collection.
