This dapper little penguin by Russ is wearing a tuxedo and a top hat and is holding a little red heart. Perfect for penguin collectors or Valentines Day!
Condition: In excellent condition with just a tiny spot of missing paint on the hat. There is some glue visible in the back from manufacture.
